The accommodation
First floor apartment with elevator. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed, living room with A/C and sofa bed, kitchen with washing machine, refrigerator, microwave and basic kitchen utensils (dishes, pans, pots, coffee maker...), terrace. furnished. Residential with garden and pool. It is rented only for calendar weeks from Monday to Monday and only to families. Family residential.
Setting
Located at the end of the beach and walking to the beach takes 4-5 minutes. Near the residential we have all the services (75m away there is a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants...)
Activities and attractions
Gandia beach stands out for its crystal-clear water and white sand and its extension and breadth, which makes it one of the best beaches in the Mediterranean.
