The Villa Casa das Dunas is a magnificent property located in a privileged area, just minutes from the Galé and Salgados beaches, with breathtaking sea views. The ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

This single-story property includes a main villa with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and an independent annex with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sharing an exceptional outdoor space with two private pools (optional heating) and barbecues.

In the main villa, there are 3 en-suite bedrooms with double beds, one twin bedroom, and one room with bunk beds. All bathrooms have showers, except for one twin suite with a bathtub. There is also a guest bathroom. The living/dining room is spacious and bright, with direct access to the outdoors. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove, oven, and coffee machines.

The independent annex, located next to the large pool, has two floors. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a living/dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The lower floor features two twin bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and a guest bathroom. The outdoor space offers a terrace with outdoor dining areas, sunbeds for relaxing in the sun, and barbecues for outdoor grilling. The property also offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and private parking.

Just steps away, you’ll find a supermarket, bars, and restaurants, including one with 2 Michelin stars, as well as the Salgados Golf Course and Nature Reserve, a great spot for walking and birdwatching.

The beaches of Galé, Lourenço, and São Rafael are within walking distance. In 10 minutes by car, you’ll reach the center of Albufeira, with its marina, old town, and the lively Rua da Oura (Strip).

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

Prices for up to 16 people.
From the 17th to the 22nd person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only €126 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
