The accommodation

Clean, bright and welcoming environment, ideal for a couple who wants to enjoy the city while still feeling at home.
The apartment is nicely finished with double windows, mosquito nets, parquet throughout the house with the exception of the bathroom, double air conditioning and TV.
Space
Entire apartment of approximately 60 m2 consisting of a comfortable built-in wardrobe at the entrance, open space with sofa bed, TV, balcony with table and two chairs, kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle (coffee, sugar and herbal teas available to guests) and toaster.

Bathroom with walk-in shower and spacious bedroom with double bed.

In the house you will also find: guest towels, WIFI, washing machine, drying rack, iron, electric broom and hairdryer.

Setting

We are 25 minutes by car from Leonardo Da Vinci Airport and 20 minutes by metro from Termini Station.

To reach us by car: once in Rome, take the G. R. A. of Rome, exit 1: Aurelio - Vatican city of San Pietro, continue on SS 1 Aurelia towards the Vatican center of San Pietro, at Piazza Irnerio, continue along via Baldo degli Ubaldi.

To reach us from Leonardo Da Vinci Airport: take the Leonardo Express train with departures every 30 minutes, (cost €11 each way) arriving at Termini station in 40 - 45 minutes.

To reach us from Termini Station: take metro line A towards Battistini,
get off after 9 stations at the Baldo degli Ubaldi stop, exit towards Valle Aurelia.

Activities and attractions

Located in a strategic position and in an area served by every commercial activity and public transport, the apartment is just 200 meters from the Baldo degli Ubaldi line A metro stop (just 2 metro stops from Ottaviano, the Vatican Museums stop ).

In the immediate vicinity there is also the Valle Aurelia station where you can take the train for trips out of town (e.g. Viterbo or Bracciano) or to reach the Gemelli Polyclinic, one of the largest hospitals in the city.

Near the Valle Aurelia station and just 600 meters away is the Aura Shopping Center where you can go shopping or grocery shopping.
