This guest house has three high windows, each of which gives access to its individual balcony.

One of the balconies is over the church square, the other two on a picturesque street, from where you can see the river.

Setting

The history of our land (Seixal) was the main theme of this space, which was lovingly restored, in order to provide you with a comfortable stay in a 19th-century-style house. XIX.

Situated in the historic center of Seixal, in a bicentennial building, on the church square, it benefits from an surrounding area with traces of living history since the 14th century.

Being the river and its bay, fundamental parts of the history and experiences of Seixal, this space also benefits from its proximity to Lisbon (20 minutes), some of the best beaches in Europe (15 minutes), Serra da Arrábida (20 minutes), Azeitão (20 minutes), and much more!

Activities and attractions

Seixal, is a very quiet land, which allows you to enjoy nature and the river, with several points of interest, such as: observatory of migratory birds, walks and water sports, historical heritage, from the old cork factory, through the shipyards, the factory of cod drought, to the tidal mills dating back to the fourteenth century, in addition to many walking and cycling routes.
