Newly renovated apartment, in an excellent location next to the Plaza del Ayuntamiento and the waterfront promenade, across the road from the beach.
75m2 apartment with lots of natural light. South-facing, fifth floor, with elevator.

It is ideal to go to the beach as many times as you like during a day, and also to enjoy the services of the city nearby.
All around, there are interesting places to see, such as the castle, the island of Tabarca, the old town, etc ...
There are balconies where you can sit and enjoy the sun, as it is south facing, or the sea breeze.
The check-in time can be brought forward upon request.

Long-term parking on the beachfront, free parking 10 minutes walk along the beach, private parking 50m away.
Transportation to the airport by bus only 100m away. Train to travel along the Costa Blanca or go to the San Juan beach, at 100m.
Paid parking at 80m. Free parking 10 minutes walk along the Postiguet beach.
The front door has an electronic lock, thus avoiding the handover of keys, as well as providing security for future guests and their belongings.
