The accommodation

Inside a small charming residence at the foot of Mont-Blanc, consisting of 7 apartments in pure alpine style complete with equipped kitchenette.

Various two-room apartments on 1 level or duplex with balcony in typical alpine style - for 2/4 people - 1 bedroom - holiday rental starting from 3 or 4 nights.

Apartment composed of living room/dining area with equipped kitchen, a single bed on its own, possibility of a 4th single bed using the sofa bed (with standard mattress 90x200, height 14 cm), a double bedroom, bathroom with shower or bathtub and hairdryer.
The apartment can be on 2 levels and in this case the double bedroom and the bathroom are on the upper floor.
There are 3 apartments of this type all located on the 2nd floor of the house, accessible by lift or external stairs.
They are very similar even with small differences which are specifically:
-Appart. "La Plodze / La Pioggia": in the living room there is a large window overlooking the garden and the mountains. The master bedroom has its own balcony.
-Appart "La Gnolla / La Nuvola": it has less view than the others but the balcony is wider and more sheltered, overlooking another typical house of the village. It is practical for those who have a dog that sleeps outside or in the summer likes a shaded space. The bathroom has a bathtub.
-Appart. "La Nai / La Neve": has a large living room but a smaller balcony. The master bedroom also has 1 single bed to accommodate up to 5 people.
The assignment of the apartment is done on your preference if reported at the time of booking and according to availability.

Guest access:
Independent entrance with lift or directly from the external access stairs to the accommodation located on the 2nd floor.

Interaction with guests:
We live not far away in the same hamlet; we are available by phone and available for anything you may need. In high season and on weekends, we are present at the reception at set times.

Large green area available to guests for their complete relaxation, private parking, green area with children's games, free wi-fi, ski and mountain bike storage.

The tourist tax to be paid extra directly on site is € 0.80 / night / person. Children up to 13 years are exempt.
