Villa Avalon is a stunning three-story property set in a peaceful rural location, yet close to all amenities, with breathtaking views of the sea and golf course – the perfect setting for your Algarve holiday.

With 7 bedrooms, the villa comfortably accommodates large groups. The lower floor features 2 ensuite bedrooms with double beds and showers, plus a spacious ensuite bedroom for 4 guests with 2 single beds and a bunk bed. There is also a guest WC. On the ground floor, there is 1 twin bedroom and an independent bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs, there are 3 more bedrooms: one with a double bed, a private bathroom with a whirlpool bath and shower; another ensuite with a double bed and shower; and a third with a bunk bed. There is also an independent bathroom with a shower.

The outdoor area is a true retreat, featuring a private heatable pool (optional extra) and jacuzzi (optional extra), perfect for cooling off during the day or unwinding at night. The spacious outdoor dining area offers stunning sea and countryside views, along with a large barbecue and a traditional bread/pizza oven.

Indoors, the common areas are spacious and elegantly decorated, with air conditioning throughout. The games room includes a pool table, while the incredible cinema room invites guests to enjoy pure entertainment. The villa offers satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.

Located on a quiet street between Salgados Nature Reserve and the golf course, the villa is just minutes from Praia Grande, the charming village of Armação de Pêra, and various amenities such as restaurants, bars, and supermarkets.

The longest beach in the western Algarve and the Salgados Nature Reserve, home to many migratory bird species, are just a short drive away. Albufeira, with its colorful marina, historic old town, Fisherman’s Beach, and vibrant Strip filled with restaurants, pubs, and shops, is only a 15-minute drive away.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

Prices for up to 16 people.
From the 17th to the 22nd person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
