Independent villa with direct access to the beach (50 m), garden (100 m2) in the typical pine forest of the Giannella coast, independent entrance, two-level townhouse apartment (80 m2) distributed over a living/dining room with adjacent kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom two bunk beds, bathroom with tub.
Simple decor with modern furniture.
The house is equipped with a fridge with freezer, washing machine and TV. Sleeps 6. From the entrance gate you enter the garden. From the garden you enter the house, while outside there is a table and armchairs, where you can have lunch outdoors under a large umbrella, outdoor shower, sink, barbecue and every kind of comfort, excellent location for those who love life in the open air open.
Medium/small sized pets allowed.
Direct access to the sea via a 50m private corridor, recommended for families with small children, due to the impossibility of leaving the beach for 500m in either direction.
From Rome:
A12 motorway to Civitavecchia; continue on the Aurelia (SS 1) up to Orbetello; from Orbetello proceed in the direction of Porto S. Stefano; once you reach the crossroads for Albinia-Giannella continue for about 100 m. until you find the park entrance on the right.
From Florence:
Freeway to Siena; continue towards Grosseto; continue on the Aurelia (SS 1) towards Rome until the Albinia exit, where you will continue towards Porto S. Stefano along the Giannella road, after about 7 km you will find the entrance to the Lanini rest area.
From Orvieto:
Follow the road to Pitigliano, Manciano, then proceed towards Albinia. Once in Albinia follow the road to Porto S. Stefano; continue for 6 km until you find the entrance to the park on the left.
Inside the rest area there is a small food bar, where it will be possible to do your shopping without having to reach the town.
