The accommodation
The apartment has an open plan Kitchen-Diner and Lounge with double patio doors leading to a spectacular 30m2 terrace offering south facing 180º panoramic sea views and all day sun throughout the year. The main bedroom has a king size bed (1.5mtr x 1.9mtr) with fitted wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower cubicle, double sink and WC. The second bedroom has two beds (0.90Mtr x 1.9mtr) and equipped with fitted wardrobe. The 2nd bathroom has a shower cubicle, WC and sink.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave and all small appliances necessary.
The washine machine and tumble dryer can be found in the secure cupbord in the terrace area.
The property has a high tech hot/cold A/C system throughout as well as underfloor heating for the cooler months.
The terrace area is ample and has a dining area with table and chairs as well as an exterior 'chill out' area comprised of aluminum and textiline sofa and chairs. Two foldable sunbeds are provided. You will never tire of the views including communal swimming pool and grounds, the meditteranean sea in it's entirity and if you are lucky you will see dolphins frolicking at certain times of the day.
With regard to the complex there is both an exterior large 'infinity' swimming pool (open for seasonal period only) and an interior swimming pool. The latter is heated and is accompanied by a sauna. Above the interior pool there is a fully equipped gymnasium complete with weights and machines. Moreover there is a large communal lounge area with access to the outdoor swimming pool where you can sit and relax or play a game of pool. The exterior communal areas are extensive and you will find an outdoor exercise area, table tennis table, picnic area with barbecues and pretty gardens with extraordinary views. There is no shortage of things to do should you wish to venture outside the apartment.
Setting
A unique property situated in an elevated position on the outskirts of the picturesque Andalus town of Nerja is part of the luxurious complex Bayview Hills within the Tamango Hills Urbanisation.
The town centre of Nerja is easily reachable 5 minutes by car.
