The accommodation

This is a bright and airy, spacious 3 bedroom townhouse within two minutes’ walk to the beautiful beach of Mojacar and a few minutes’ walk to the popular Parque Commercial shopping area and several bars and restaurants, such as Dolce Vita etc.
The property was extensively modernised in June 2021 and has A/C in the lounge and all bedrooms.
There is a huge inviting communal pool and on street parking.
To the outside (front) there is a small enclosed utility area with washing machine, boiler etc. And a grassed garden area to the front of the property.
From the entrance to the left is the newly refurbished kitchen area, with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer. The kitchen is well stocked with all the required crockery and utensils for a self-catering holiday. A Nespresso coffee machine is available for use by guests should they wish to bring or buy their own capsules.
The spacious lounge has comfortable sofas and dining table. A SMART TV is available with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime through your own account. A south facing terrace with patio area containing a table and six chairs and a gas BBQ and pool views.
High-speed internet is available throughout.
There is a shower room on the ground floor level with basin and WC.
The stairs lead to the master bedroom with king size bed and fitted wardrobes, this also has a south facing terrace containing two reclining chairs, footstools and table. There are two twin bedrooms and main bathroom.
This property is perfect for people watching, or sipping a glass of something cold whilst sunning yourself on the terrace.
