The accommodation

Villa Fran is a cozy house with 3 bedrooms, garden with private pool, terrace, barbecue and wifi.

The house is equipped for up to 8 people and is very comfortable.
On the ground floor there is an open porch, a very bright living-dining room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped independent kitchen, two bedrooms with wardrobes, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and a complete bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor there is another room with a double bed, air conditioning and access to the terrace and a full bathroom with a bathtub.

Outside there is a private pool, barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers and parasol.

Setting

This villa is located in the urbanization Les Tres Cales, belonging to the town of l'Ametlla de Mar.
L'Ametlla de Mar is a beautiful fishing village, located on the Costa Dorada, characterized by its beautiful coves and gastronomic culture.
Most of the villas are located in the residential areas of Les Tres Cales, Calafat and Sant Jordi d'Alfama, ideal places for family vacations.
This area is very attractive since it has 16 km of coastline where we can find from virgin coves and beaches with blue flag, to nudist or dog coves.
The situation is ideal, since it is connected by both the N-340 and the AP-7.
Just 30 minutes to the south we will find the natural reserve of the Ebro Delta and to the north we will find Salou, Cambrils and the Port Aventura theme park.
