The accommodation

The Mountain House is located in the heart of the Serra do Suído, in the parish of San Bernabeu de A Graña (Covelo, Pontevedra), in the south of Galicia, on the border of the provinces of Pontevedra and Ourense. 45 minutes from Pontevedra, 40 from Ourense, 35 from Portugal, 50 from Vigo and 90 from Santiago de Compostela.

Description--- 4 rooms for 1-6 people, swimming pool, bikes, kitchen, 1 bathroom, enclosed garden, barbecue and games room with billiards, table football and table tennis for children, a town with a lot of rural charm, near a river beach and with 5 hiking trails from the house. Also very well located to move around Galicia in general. DOES NOT ACCEPT PETS

Fluvial Beach in Maceira 12 minutes away: -we find this magnificent fluvial beach, formed by a central island with rustic mini pools and surrounded by the river that is suitable for adult bathing, this beach also has a kiosk-bar, rest areas and playground

Setting

The open mountain allows us to enjoy magnificent panoramic views in all directions, including seeing the sea of the Vigo estuary, and observing animals and plants typical of the mountain. As well as herds of horses and cows that freely graze in these highlands.

The lowlands, covered with autochthonous oak forest (carballeiras), with their characteristic understory plants and animals typical of this type of ecosystem, give us sensations of calm and tranquility, exclusive to virgin nature.

coming down from the mountain; or go back to historical times when contemplating typical mountain constructions such as the Chozos or the Foxo do Lobo.
