Fully equipped and modern kitchen with all the necessary utensils, living room with sofas and UHD TV with access to cable TV and HD films and WIFI available.
70 m2 balcony and patio with direct access to the pool and beach. The whole balcony and patio is a ^deck^ with table and chairs for outside dining. Sun loungers on the patio for great moments in the sun.
Communal barbecue area available in the pool area.
The flat has been completely renovated and equipped with double glazing, electric shutters and blinds.
LED lighting throughout the flat and equipped with dimmers. All mattresses with pocket springs and memory foam for relaxing nights.

Great area for seafront holidays and walks along the beach.
Located in the centre of Madalena beach, with several shops within walking distance.
Bathing on the beach or by the pool, cycling or walking along the seafront. Surf school nearby for beginners.
Check-in time is usually after 16:00 and check-out before 12:00. Exceptions can be made with prior authorisation from the owner.
Rental from 1st July to 31st August, minimum stay 7 days and check-in and check-out on Saturdays only.
Guests must respect their neighbours in the same building and not make noise, especially between 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
