FOR THE MONTH OF JULY apartment on two levels with large terrace and wonderful sea view.
The apartment consists of a pleasant living area with open kitchen and terrace, while on the second level we have a comfortable sleeping area with two beds.
Fully furnished and equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, TV, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine. A stone's throw from the Sciumara beach and immersed in a lush communal garden.
With a pleasant walk you can reach the center of Palau.
About 100 meters away is the bus stop that connects Olbia airport to Palau.
Near the structure we have a well-stocked supermarket as well as restaurants and delicatessens. A few hundred meters away you can reach the embarkation point for the island of La Maddalena with the possibility of unforgettable excursions to its archipelago.
The location allows you to reach the most beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast and Gallura just a few km away.
