WONDERFUL LUXURY VILLA WITH SPECTACULAR VIEWS OVER THE MEDITERRANEAN SEA AND PRIVATE POOL IN THE CUMBRE DEL SOL (COSTA BLANCA) for up to 8 people.

LAY OUT: This beautiful villa of two floors is connected by an interior staircase. We will access the villa through elegant stairs surrounded by beautiful mediterranean plants leading to the entrance of the villa. On the first floor we will find a large fully equipped kitchen, and next to it the bright and spacious living room with a television, a DVD player and a HIFI chain This living room is connected to the dining room with a beautiful wooden table with 8 seats, these two spacious rooms have fantastic windows that connect to the pool terrace giving us wonderful views of the swimming pool and the sea. On this level we will find a bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with a double bed , both rooms have a bathroom in suite with a bathub and showereach one. Going up the elegant interior staircase we will find on the second floor two bedrooms with double beds with both a bathroom en suite with bathtubs. These two rooms have access to the beautiful upper terrace where we will find a double sunbed with views over the pool and the Mediterranean Sea. Both rooms has a television. In the basement we will find a bar with a pool table. All rooms are bright thanks to their beautiful windows, they are decorated with bright colors to make the most of the natural light and they all have air conditioning. It should be noted that we will also find a sauna to enjoy our vacations in the greatest luxury.

EXTERIOR: This privileged villa has beautiful views over the sparkling Mediterranean Sea and the coastline of the beautiful Costa Blanca, leaving the dining room we will be on the spacious terrace with a sheltered area with modern sofas where we will enjoy family and friend time sheltered from the sun, can have a drink there enjoying the magnificent illuminated pool with a waterfall guiding the perspective towards the blue horizon of the sea. We will enjoy the sun thanks to the sunbeds around the pool protecting ouselves from the sun with the pretty straw parasols if we wish, we will also have an outdoor shower. We will find a table with chairs to eat outside on warm days and a comfortable outdoor kitchen with a built-in barbecue, we will be surrounded by palm trees and other plants next to an elegant stone fountain, protected from the sun thanks to an elegant awning. We will go down some steps from the terrace around the waterfall of the swimming pool to reach the basement where we will find the bar. We will have space to park two cars in the garage and we will be able to park more in the street.

LOCATION: Located on top of the coast mountains of Moraira, the privileged views will make us feel as if we were in a peaceful paradise, but at the same time we will be just 5 minutes by car from the beautiful Cala Moraig with crystal clear waters and about 10 minutes by car from the pretty Moraira city with all its services, bars, restaurants, and also its wonderful fine sand beach
