• it is a residential area very family oriented and where the peace and quiet is much valued. Therefor parties are not allowed and music and loud noises that could disturb the neighbourhood have to be kept under control all day, and even more at night time, starting at 10:00 pm. There are local regulations with regard to noise which are mandatory. • please call us on our cellphone one our before arrival so we can receive you at the villa. • once or twice a week the gardner needs to enter of the property to do maintenance works on garden and swimming-pool. • the swimming-pool is over 2 meters deep. Please keep an eye on your children all the time. • the swimming-pool has a waterfall. Please do not jump from it. • on the check-out day we normally come to the property at your check-out time, but in case we can not be there when you leave the property please close all the windows and doors of the house and leave the keys in the letterbox. • please do not throw wet wipes in the toilets. • please do not water the plants with the water used to clean the floor. Please put it in the toilet • please do not light the chimney. • please make a sensible use of the air conditioning machines and the water consumption.
