Neighborhood overview
Our area is particularly quiet, typical, close to the Napoleonic gardens and the Arsenale where the Biennale is held. Well served with regard to Venetian specialty shops, supermarkets and services in general.
The typical Venetian restaurants and taverns are Il Garanghelo, Il Giorgione where the owner Lucio Bisutto cheers both lunches and dinners with typical Venetian songs and La Biennale, in addition to the various cicchetterie and bars.
Interaction with guests
Always available. At guests' disposal, on request, Case Vacanze Venezia offers a continental breakfast for € 5.50 per person at the "Da Valentino" restaurant.
It is advisable to book in advance the number of breakfasts that are expected to be consumed during the entire stay. On request, our chef can prepare takeaway dishes for you. You will find the list and prices in the house.

Public transport is 100 meters away and there are all the lines necessary to reach any destination.

Possibility to rent and take guided tours in kayaks. 15 minutes from the beaches of the Lido, golf, tennis courts and riding stables, ten minutes from the Doge's Palace, the Basilica of San Marco, the bell tower and of course Piazza San Marco. 15 minutes from the art academy.
