The accommodation

This charming two-bedroom apartment is equipped with all comforts, a balcony and a splendid solarium. It is a perfect choice for a family with children of up to 5/6 members.

The apartment consists of:

Master Bedroom 1: large double bed and a large closet + 2 bedside cabinets + dresser + mirror + air conditioning + children's bed + playpen;
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds and a bedside table with a lamp + cabinet + air conditioning;

In the main living area there is a large sofa bed which, if necessary, turns into a double bed + air conditioning;

A fully equipped kitchen that offers everything from the stove top, oven, fridge, dishwasher, to microwave, kettle, toaster + air conditioning;

TV set with incorporated decoder to watch foreign channels and all italian television programs;
bathroom with shower, electric boiler, washing machine+iron+ironing board;

a huge balcony with wicker furniture;
the apartment also boasts a large solarium/penthouse, a dining area for up to 6 people, two large sun umbrellas, eight sunbeds for sunbathing and a barbecue. This roof terrace is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing. The solarium of 60 square meters (with a view over 1 of the two swimming pools present in the structure) is truly spectacular. Dining with a view over the swimming pool and enjoying the evening sunset from the terrace will be an intense experience which will remain an unforgettable memory forever.
The best is the terrace with a view, which overlooks the swimming pool, fully equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.

The apartment is located in a large green areas where there are different species of plants and flowers that will make your stay even more pleasant and special.

The residence has air conditioning which blows both warm and cold air, making the apartment suitable to go on holiday in every months of the year.

The residence has an additional independent water tank which guarantees a constant and uniform water supply everytime.

Free private parking is possible on site (no reservation needed).

Close to the apartment there is a large playground for children.

Wonderfully located and fully furnished apartment: it is situated close to entrance to the private beach and in front of the small pool (very close to). The view here is simply stunning and amazing (see above the Photos which capture perfectly this breathtaking view). From the solarium and the bedroom’s window you can enjoy the view of small swimming pool and of the local mountain.

The property is on the beach side of the complex 10 minutes walk from the beach and in front of 1 of the two swimming pools (which can be admired from the terrace).
A great choice for a family holiday, near the beach of wonderful Calabria and close to historic towns of Pizzo and Tropea, where the bathing season is open from may to October!

Is well placed: from the complex you can easily reach Tropea and the rest of the Costa degli Dei (known as the coast of the Gods). The Calabrian Tyrrhenian coast is of extraordinary beauty, along the coast you will find the amazing beaches of Briatico, Zambrone, Parghelia, Tropea and CapoVaticano.

The complex has its private sandy beach, equipped with showers, deck chairs, sunbeds, and umbrellas (in addition to the costant presence of a lifeguard) and parasols.
Only a few minutes walk, passing in a wonderful pine/eucalyptus forest, you can reach a fantastic beach in which you can sunbathe and enjoy the peace and quiet of the place or, alternatively, have fun with a volleyball match on the sand. Through the path, illuminated at night, you can walk to the sea and sit on the most comfortable benches in the forest.

The complex includes two swimming pools (one main pool with a waterslide and a small one for the children), restaurant, bar, soccer field, 2 tennis courts free to use, gym, kids playground, table tennis, table football, mini-market, free car parking, outdoor showers.
The small pool has a shallow area for babies and kids. The large swimming pool with its waterslide is an irresistible attraction for older children and adults. The gym/fitness room (located near the restaurant and the large swimming pool) has a wide range of equipment and machines which create a perfect environment to help you achieve your wellness lifestyle goal. Close to the large swimming pool there are a restaurant and a bar with an outdoor seating where you can taste typical local dishes of Italian and Calabrian cuisine (pizza, pasta, Pizzo’s ice cream, onion of Tropea, spicy n’duja of Spilinga, calabrian’s aubergine) and the best fresh fish ever at very affordable prices.

The place offers various activities that you can practise, including diving, cycling, horse riding, windsurfing and fishing. The resort is adjacent to the all inclusive resorts of Club Med Naptia and Tui Magic Life which offer a wide range of watersports and entertainment for all ages.

The complex is electronically monitored 24 hours a day and the entry is strictly controlled, both day and night, by a CCTV camera system. Moreover, in the secure gated complex is active a club bracelet system.
This measure is intended to further strengthen security and prevent unauthorized entry. Upon arrival, all guests of the complex must be registered at the reception point and get a club bracelets. The cost of Bracelet is 10 euros per week per person (children up to 12 years don’t pay the bracelet) and it is required to use all infrastructures and to access to swimming pools and beach. The bracelets, under the conditions illustrated above, are available at the reception

The ideal family travel destination near the historic city of Pizzo where the summer season and related infrastructures (swimming pools, sun beds and umbrellas on the beach) are open from 1st May to October 15th!

Pizzo has two main tourist attractions: the Church of Piedigrotta, cave-chapel carved out of the rock, and the famous truffle (tartufo di Pizzo) di Pizzo, a handmade ice cream with an unique taste. It also has an historic castle and a pleasant town center full of characteristic shops. Pizzo, which is only 10 minutes away, has a lot to offer including cheap restaurants, local festivals, long sandy beaches, a bank, a pharmacy, phone shop, bars etc… Just 20 minutes away, you can find the most big shopping center of Calabria located in Maida area with more than 120 shops . At Vibo Valentia you can visit another shopping center called “Vibo Center“

The complex has a unique climate, as it is located on the narrowest point of the cape "of the Italian boot" promontory which makes the feeling of warm pleasant even at the height of the summer during which temperatures can easily exceed 30 degrees. The contemporary presence of mountains, sea, and pine trees create a special unique microclimate.

On arrival you will be greeted by your representative at the reception where you can collect your security access cards.

How to get to the complex from the airport Lamezia Terme?

By taxi or rent a car (at the airport of Lamezia Terme there are several car rental companies). Upon request, we can arrange for you a transfer from/to the airport. This service is not included in the price and must be paid separately.

Car hire strongly recommended!
Although there is a daily shuttle service available from the resort to the nearby town of Pizzo, we recommend renting a car at the airport. There is so much to see and explore in the local area! The beautiful beaches on the Tyrrhenian and Ionian coasts, Aspromonte and Sila are definitely worth visiting.
