The accommodation
Structure surrounded by greenery, with large internal spaces and large garden. 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, lounge, large kitchen, porches, garden (900 m2) and private parking inside the structure. For summer 2020 we have chosen a formula that can allow our guests to enjoy a holiday in total safety, reserving the house exclusively for a single group or family, thus avoiding any contact with other guests.
Ground floor: Living room with TV, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, 5 burner gas stove, electric oven, toaster, water kettle), pantry and a double bedroom with bathroom. External porches.
First floor (connected with internal stairs): Extra large double bedroom (possibility of adding sofa bed) with large bathroom with tub and balcony, 1 single bedroom with double bed with bathroom and balcony, 1 double bedroom with bathroom and balcony.
Dependance: Two double bedrooms with private bathroom and external porch.
Service room: Washing machine

Setting
The structure, totally immersed in greenery and nature, is located in a strategic position that allows you to easily reach the most beautiful beaches of the Maremma. The area is extremely quiet and peaceful, the large garden and outdoor spaces allow you to both relax and work in Smart Work mode among the sounds and scents of nature. The property has internal car parking (7 cars) and is completely independent.

The strategic position allows you to easily reach the most beautiful beaches of the Maremma (Capalbio 20 min; Argentario 25 min), the Terme di Saturnia (25 min), Il Giardino dei Tarocchi (15 min), and beautiful villages such as Magliano in Toscana (15 min), Pitigliano and Sovana (35. min), Capalbio (15 min). A few kilometers away there are important archaeological sites such as Tarquinia (35 min), the ancient city of Cosa (25 min.), the archaeological park of Vulci (30 min) and the city of Roselle (35 min).
Food and wine lovers will have the opportunity to visit the numerous farms that produce delicious products and offer tastings and events.
