For impassioned watery sports, wind-surf and jet-ski can be applied to the marina of Portimão.
From the swimming pool terrace you can see the sea.
The house has 2 bedrooms, one in suite, 2 bathrooms, large living room painted blues Portuguese with beams out of wooden, Satellite TV and stereo.
The Kitchen is fully equipped.

The house is situated just 5 minutes walk from Praia do Vau and Praia do Alemão in 1km you have Praia da Rocha and in 3km the city of Portimão . In Vau , on walking distance you have restaurants and little groceries stores .Also in walking distance you have the Alto golf Corse and also tennis corse. The village of Alvor is also quite near ... about 2 km from the house .
