Beautiful and Typical old restored Portuguese farmhouse set on very large and quiet piece of land and only 5 min walk to the beaches Praia do Vau and Praia do Alemão where you will finde firts the blue sea and its gently lapping waves, then the golden sands framed by cliffs and rocks.
Quinta do Sol is located about 3 km from Portimão , 2 km from Alvor and 1 km from Praia da Rocha.The Alto Golf course is only 5 minutes walk from the house.
The villa as a spacious and confortable living room with fireplace, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 of which are ensuite) , large dining room with table for 10 persons , and Kitchen full equipped. Very large terrace as well as charming undercover BBQ area at swimming pool.

The house is located at 3 km from Portimão , 2 km from Alvor and 1 km from Praia da Rocha and 5 minutes walk to Praia do Alemão and Praia do Vau

Ficou á quêm
Alugámos esta casa para passar férias em família, infelizmente ficou á quêm das nossas expectativas. Além de a anfitriã sem pouco acessível, estava a dormir na vivenda sem termos sido avisados, pelo valor pago( que não foi barato )não tínhamos privacidade, poderia pelo menos ter avisado. A casa também tinha baratas, e das 4 casas de banho 2 delas não davam para tomar banho. No anúncio diz que tem camas de casal e não havia nenhuma cama de casal. O edredon e lençóis de uma das camas estava manchada com sangue o que é inadmissível ponto positivo o exterior
