After the rehabilitation works, create new areas such as the large porch that looks out onto the terraces and invites us to enter the house. The Holiday Cottage has:

- Gardens Scattered. It is situated in La Punta, in Tijarafe. Usually, in that area the weather is nice the whole year. In the middle of a farming landscape for cultivation bananas is situated this little house which is perfect for romantic cuples. Near this holiday cottage you can find the long footpath GR 130, which is also known as the Camino Real de La Costa (The Coastal Path) and that surrounds the whole island. You can find also the Mirador del Time, (Time Viewing point) that offers some of the most beautiful views over the Valley of Aridane. Near here, you can find the GR 131 path Ruta de la Crestería, also known as El Bastón, (Walking Stick), that leaves from Tazacorte beach.
