Premium villa and location. Bring the whole family or a group of friends to this magnificent place overlooking the rice fields. Enjoy the pool with lots of room for fun and enjoyment. The property comes with a house keeper to ensure you can enjoy your holidays. The house is made to enjoy the warm weather with lots of exterior comfort, with pergolas providing nice shade and lots of siting areas and dining ones. Come and enjoy this piece of paradise.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the coffee machine is a Dolce Gusto (capsules). Outside you will find a BBQ as well.

Note that 3 En-Suite rooms can only be access by the garden as the independent cottage. No internal connection to the main house.

One extra bedroom, a detached cabin, maybe added as a maid's room. Costs will apply.

Hotel quality bed sheets, shower towels & WiFi internet are included.

Fiber optic Wifi internet measured speed was (91.89 Mbps) next to the router. please note that the wifi might not reach to cover all the house.

Please note that Splendor is bookable for weekly retreats only during the high season. Change over days are on Saturday

Late check-in fee: between 20H00 and 24H00 is 30€; between 24H00 and 8H00 is 45€
