Great location just in the most central area of the city (Malasaña-Chueca neighbourhood), 3 minutes walking to Gran Vía, Sol, Callao. Access by foot in few minutes to different metro tube stationts: Callao, Gran Vía, Sol, Tribunal, Plaza España, Alonso Martinez.
Apartment with a upstairs living room with a double bed and in the downstairs area a functional living room with a comfortable doble sofa bed. Usually it is rent for 2 students one staying in the living room are bed and other in the upstairs bedroom.
It is a very quiet apartment with aircon for the hot days at summer and heater for the cool days at winter. Internet is free and reliable.
Towels, linen, and cuisine elements for cooking, laundry, micowave, cooker, washing machine, fridge ... are available at the apartment for the guess.
Electricity and water bill is paid for client around 100 eur monthly depending of use.
