The accommodation

The house has 2 floors:
On the ground floor: living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and ceiling fan.
On the first floor: bedroom with double bed, bedroom with double bed and cot, bedroom with two bunk beds, a bathroom and large terrace.
Both the dining room and the bedrooms have large ceiling fans.
On the plot there is a private pool, barbecue, outdoor furniture.

Setting

This villa is located in the urbanization Les Tres Cales, belonging to the town of l'Ametlla de Mar.
L’Ametlla de Mar is a beautiful fishing village, located on the Costa Dorada, characterized by its beautiful coves and gastronomic culture.
Most of the villas are located in the urbanizations Les Tres Cales, Calafat and Sant Jordi d'Alfama, ideal places for family vacations.
This area is very attractive since it has 16 km of coastline where we can find from virgin coves and beaches with blue flag, to nudist coves or for dogs.
The situation is ideal, since it is connected by both the N-340 and the AP-7.
Just 30 minutes to the south we will find the Ebro Delta nature reserve and to the north we will find Salou, Cambrils and the Port Aventura theme park.
