The accommodation

A detached house f new construction, built on a 1.100 m2 plot with beautiful sea views, garden, 8x4 swimming pool, garage for two cars and an outdoor shower. It is 400m. from the sandy beach called L´Almadrava. The house has a surface of 280m2.

The ground floor consist of a double bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom with shower, a twin bed bedroom and a double bedroom with a bathroom with bath, an independent kitchen, a living room which opens to a big terrace with garden furniture and with sea views.

The first floor has one bedroom with bunks and a single bed, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom which opens to big terrace/solarium of 60m2 with wonderful sea views.

There ii another floor where there are the garage, a bathroom with shower with direct access to a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.

The independent kitchen has fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, microwave, electric oven, electric plates and coffee maker, TV with international channels (Astra) and hammocks.

This villa is located in Calafat, belonging to L'Ametlla de Mar.

L'Ametlla de Mar is a beautiful fishing village, located on the Costa DORADA.
can be found from pristine coves and blue flag beaches, ideal places for family holidays.

You can do many water sports such as scuba diving, and there are companies where you can rent jet skis or boats
It also exists along the entire coast a path called GR-92 for Hikers.

Just 30 minutes to the south we will find the natural reserve of the Ebro Delta and to the north we will find Salou, Cambrils and the theme park Port Aventura.
