The accommodation
The apartment has a large lounge with air conditioning, seating area, satellite tv/broadband and a breakfast bar to the newly renovated kitchen. There are large patio doors leading directly from the lounge to the large terrace, which is equipped with ample outdoor furniture, retractable sun awning and a magnificent view of the beach and sea right around the bay.
Directly in front of, and overlooked by, the apartment is a well-tended communal garden and a large residents’ pool with easy access. Close to the apartment you will find all of the best bars and restaurants plus numerous shops along the mojácar paseo.
The apartment also benefits from having its own dedicated parking space in the underground garage, which is accessible from the paseo.
The apartment’s partially open-plan kitchen is well equipped with all new units, ceramic hob, oven, fridge and filtered tap water meaning no need to carry heavy water bottles from the supermarket. The adjacent utility room contains washing machine, microwave, freezer and water heater.
The bedroom has ample wardrobe/drawer space plus air-conditioning, and an ensuite shower room with wc, hand basin and bidet. There is also a recently renovated separate shower room with wc and hand basin. Both bathrooms have electric towel rails for easy drying.
