Can Casadevall is an isolated house in the middle of a 10,000 m2 estate in La Selva region. Is is surrounded by nature but very well connected, next to PGA Caldes de Malavella Golf , Girona and only one hour from Barcelona. The broad, bright and diaphanous common spaces will leave you with no words.

The imposing entrance distributes the house in three spaces: the living area with views of the pool, the bedroom area and the attic-study area with TV to enjoy the views. In the living room there is a large room with incredible views outside, with fireplace, and a marble table. The fully equipped kitchen gives way to a large porch covered with barbecue, which can be used both in winter and summer. The house has 6 rooms, 4 bathrooms, heating and free wifi. Next to the room we find a room with two beds, a bathroom with shower and sauna, the billiard room and the ping-pong room.
