Luxury first line beach house for 6 people with wonderful sea views is located in one of the most privileged areas of Villajoyosa. Exclusive design villa (newly constructed) is completely equipped. The property has a built-up areaof 156m2 and a private garden of 47,50m2.
The interior distribution of the ground floor: hall, foyer, laundry, open kitchen, living room, one bedroom with a double bed (150x190) and second bedroom with 2 beds (80x190) and a bathroom (bath, wc, shower). There is a direct access from the living room to the furnished terrace and private garden in the floor, so that the terrace has a direct exit to the beach. Satellite television, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dishwasher machine, vitroceramic, microwave, coffee machine, oven...

The ground floor and the first floor are communicated by ladder. There is a bedroom (suite) with a double bed (150x190) and bathroom (bath, wc, shower) in the high floor. This bedroom has a direct access to the terrace (46m2) with 2 chaises longues. You can enjoy the beautifull sea views from this bedroom and its terrace. Floor heating and air conditioning in whole the house.

The villa also dispose of a parking place (nº123) for 1 car. The community area has 3 outdoor pools, disign gardens, children's area and an access to the beach.

Parties and pets are not allowed in the property. Please respect the neighbors and the rules of the coexistence. Failure to comply with these rules is a reason for not returning the deposit.

Setting

"Paraíso" is the nearlest blue flag beach to the villa which has sand and pebbles. Therefore we recommend to wear appropriate footwear when you go over there. Apart of all of this, the beach is very beautiful because it has a transparent water and it's very close to the bays and the Villajoyosa beach. There are 2 open air bars on the beach in summer. Restaurants within walking distance.

Activities and attractions

Villajoyosa is the capital of the Marina Baixa. There are a beautiful promenade and famous yacht port in this town.
The old town maintains an enviable degree of conservation. We recommend to visit the fortress-church of La Asunción, belonging to the Catalan Gothic style, and the whole of Colón and Canalejas streets, where buildings with different architectural styles spanning the 19th and 20th centuries are preserved. Nor can one of the icons of the city be overlooked in the visit: the hanged polychrome houses on the Amadorio river.
There is also the chocolate museum.

Villajoyosa is remarkable of the extensive beaches, the festivities of Moors and Christians and local cuisine.
