The accommodation

Enchanting trullo immersed in the peaceful quiet of the Salento countryside, where time seems to have stood still in the authentic dimension of rural life. Despite its basic simplicity, this beautiful trullo maintains a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere: the outdoor veranda is equipped to cool off from the hot summer sun during the day to spend pleasant evenings using a comfortable barbecue available for guests. It is possible to reach the inhabited center in a few minutes: San Michele Salentino is a quiet town but in the summer it is animated by typical places with outdoor service and often live music. Throughout the summer there are many events and food and wine festivals including the Sagra del Panzerotto and the important Sagra della Fica Mandorlata that attracts many visitors from all the neighboring towns. It is also a few km from the beautiful tourist resort of the "White City" of Ostuni, and also to the famous tourist resorts such as Alberobello, Castellana Caves, Zoo Safari with amusement park, city of Lecce, etc ... not to mention the beaches with crystal clear sea that are only 15 minutes away by car. Trullo Fico d'India is completely fenced with lots of greenery and therefore offers total privacy.

The interior space is divided into a common area with living room and kitchenette, furnished in a simple but extremely bright with some details typical of our area; the trulli are usually open but in this structure we find a bedroom with double bed positioned under the alcove that can be closed with its own door and two graceful "alcoves" positioned laterally and open: an alcove houses a double bed while the another has a sofa that also becomes a bed.

A lovely swimming pool with outdoor shower will offer the opportunity to cool off during our hot summer. The pool is surrounded by ornamental plants and under the beautiful veranda you can enjoy a good breakfast or lunches and dinners. Ideal place for families with children and teenagers. If you want to spend a few days at the beach there are many places and beaches organized along the coast and no more than 20 km.
