The 60 sq.mt villa, finely furnished and air conditioned, has a double room, a bedroom with 2 beds, 1 double sofa bed and 2 single sofa beds for a total of 8 beds; over bathroom and living room with kitchen area complete with stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine and furnishings. It has a large veranda and a parking space in the village.
