Beach House inserted in the World Surfing Reserve of Ericeira. This home is the perfect combination of course and beach. It is about 3 km from the center of Ericeira and you can easily walk to Ribeira d 'Ilhas and Coxos Beach. Very spacious house with 2 floors. Floor 0 - 2 living room, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, 3 bedrooms with double bed. 1st floor - 3 bedrooms with single beds and toilet with shower.
The pool is shared with the owners house.

A 2-minute drive from São Lourenço Beach and a 5-minute drive from Ericeira. Very accessible and close by car from:
