The accommodation
Charming rural villa located in the lovely and quiet area near Santa-Gertrudis where you have all types of services at your disposal like shops and supermarkets, restaurants and bars, banks and pharmacy and so on. The house has 160 sq.m. distributed on two levels. On the ground floor there is open-plan space with entrance hall and living room with dining area with big table and sitting area with sofas, TV set and fire-place. There are also a fully-equipped kitchen with small laundry by its side, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. Upstairs, on the first floor there are spacious terrace, a bathroom with tub and two bedrooms, one of them with double bed and the other one with twin bed. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony which is overlooking the pool area. All the bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning.
Outside there are parking area, garden, big swimming pool with sun terrace, covered barbecue area with big table for al-fresco dining and spacious covered porch-terrace with chill-out area with sofas and hammocks. The house is set on the private plot of 7500 sq.m., completely fenced and with automatic entrance gate. The house and the plot are divided in two totally independent parts separated by a fence, with two independent entrances and outdoor spaces. The property´s owners who live nearby have separate access to the house with their own parking space, etc. and their part of the building overlook the other part of the plot than the guests one, so the guests privacy is completely respected.
