The accommodation
Fully equipped house very bright and fresh. It is a Townhouse located in the most tourist town of the Costa Blanca. Building of 2003, distributed over three floors, has 105 m2.
The ground floor offers a living - dining room with access to a porch terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. The first floor has two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with bathtub. The last floor, ideal for guests, offers a bedroom with wardrobe and a trundle bed with furniture that gives way to a large terrace that offers unobstructed views of the mountains and a bit of the sea
You will enjoy a pleasant exterior with two patios with two orientations (one of them can be used as private parking). The gated community shares green spaces, playground and two community pools
Setting
Campello is a fishing town known for its excellent cuisine.
In an area of very quiet urbanizations and close to the sea and the mountains.
You can reach the capital Alicante on the trenet
Access by car is made by a very accessible ring road.
The center of town is reached by walking for about 10 minutes
The Chalet is located in a private urbanization in an unbeatable area of El Campello, close to all kinds of services and amenities.

It is an ideal environment for families, very quiet and well connected by public transport, with the tram at the door, as by car on A7 and very close to the marina
About 12 kms. Alicante airport one of the busiest tourist airports in Spain but, without aircraft noise.
Also close to other tourist cities and cultural interest such as Alicante or Elche
Hiking trails from the house, mountain biking, diving, surfing and other sports can be done.
