Located in the hinterland that goes from Lerici (10km) to the Cinque Terre (Riomaggiore 20 km), the farmhouse is set in a 7 hectare farm planted with olive trees and vineyards and located 1 km from the village of Vezzano Ligure. The company produces an excellent extra virgin olive oil and grapes for the Vermentino "Colli di Luni" d.o.c. The property is a small village with the eighteenth-century manor house, an evocative chapel frescoed by Lila de Nobili, the ancient oil mill, agricultural outbuildings and farmhouses of the late 1600s, where the apartments are located.

The hospitality is carried out in four apartments of different sizes, the first, larger, has 6 - 7 beds, the second 5, the third 4 and the fourth 3 - 4, for a total of 19 beds.
The four have private bathrooms and spacious kitchens.

All apartments have hot water, electricity 220 volts with security systems, LPG bottle gas.
The Vermentino has wood-fired heating, the Malvasia and the Albarola heating with gas boiler, the Merla has no heating if not a wood-burning fireplace and therefore it is closed in winter
There are no televisions for a choice of tranquility and silence.and there is a WI FI connection.

All apartments have a private outdoor space available.

Setting

The secluded location guarantees peace and quiet even if in a few minutes on foot you can reach the ancient village of Vezzano Ligure and in a short time by car or bus you can go to La Spezia.
