The accommodation

Orizzonti del castelluccio” has two flats to lease. They are both well furnished in elegant tuscan style and well fitted. They have decorated walls and valuable drapery. Both flats have independent entry and parking and a large panoramic terrace (furnished with wooden chairs and table).

From each of them you can reach, from a private stair, another splendid panoramic terrace/solarium from where you can enjoy a wonderful view on the superb Val di Cornia. Both flats have TV and independent heating. Bedclothes and linen for bathrooms and kitchen are included in the price.

Scoiattolo Flat: 2+2 sleeping accommodation *** two-rooms apartment with a living room where you can find a double sofa bed, separated kitchen with household electrical appliances including dishwasher. Then you have a big bedroom and a batheroom with shower.

Setting

Solarium: both flats scoiatollo and fringuello have a solarium that can be reached using a private stair, furnished with a bulrush sofa and armchairs and a small table.

- portico: each flat and the cottage has its own portico furnished with table and chairs all made of wood.
- household linen: the client can find bed and house linen in both flats on request.

- heating: each flats has its own independent heating. In april, may, september and october the client has to pay an extra 10.00 euros per day for the use of the heating.

At the arrival the client has to deposit 150.00 euros cash as a warranty foe eventual damages. This key money will be given back at the end of the period of intended stay.

Activities and attractions

From the patio of the apartment you can enjoy the view of the splendid and uncontaminated Val di Cornia. The 180-degree panoramic view ranges from medieval villages such as Monteverdi Marittimo to the sea which is about 15 kilometers from the village on the state road.
The residence in which the apartments are located is 50 meters away. from a service complex with swimming pool, restaurant.
In this complex my guests can attend the swimming pool ca. 25x15 mt., Opening from June 1st, closing August 31st on payment on the spot.
