Beautiful 3 bedroom villa with outdoor area, private heated pool, shaded area, private access and views to very magical places like the Ajaches and Montana Roja Natural Monument.
It has 3 very cosy bedrooms. Two double bedrooms with 1.50m x 1.90m bed and bathroom en suite and a third bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom. A large living-dining room with direct access to the outside area and a fully equipped kitchen with an annexed outside laundry room and access to the porch. This layout allows you to enjoy a pleasant meal outdoors after a refreshing swim in the pool or a relaxing nap in the sun.
Provided with services that we know are important for your comfort this house is the ideal place for your holidays with family, couple or group of friends. Wifi service, Smart TV, 42-inch HD with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, HBO, Google Chromecast (you need to be a user to access the applications), satellite TV, air conditioning, comfortable outdoor furniture (hammocks, table, chairs, pergola), barbecue and private access and parking.
Situated in Playa Blanca only 5 minutes drive from Flamingo beach and very close to well known places on Lanzarote such as Papagayo Beach, Los Hervideros and Timanfaya National Park.
