You can easily reach Ostuni from Strada Statale 16, the coastline highway, either from Bari (80km) or Brindisi (40 km). Ostuni is 8 km inland from the seaside. Several destinations from Italy are connected with Flixbus. The train station is at 4 km from city centre.
