The accommodation

Entire home/apartment for exclusive use, with 2 bedrooms with double bed (or 2 single beds) both equipped with private bathroom with shower. The property also includes a fully equipped living room/kitchen, a small front garden and a private back garden with outdoor table and chairs. Autonomous entry.

The entire structure, modern and bright, looks like a small villa and is located in a quiet residential area close to the center of Arezzo.

"Le Rime" is a modern, bright and tastefully furnished apartment: it is located in a very quiet residential area just 1 km from the center of Arezzo, easily reachable on foot.
The structure, recently renovated, develops on the ground floor in an elegant little villa, has a small private garden and private entrance.

Inside the apartment is accessed through the garden leading into the living room with open kitchen: the kitchen is fully equipped and includes various appliances such as stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, oven and coffee machine.

The apartment has two large and bright rooms, both with private bathroom inside: guests will find the warm tones of brown, sand, and taupe in the first, while the deep shades of blue overseas, the shades of heavenly and sea water, in the second.
Both rooms consist of a double bed (or twin beds on request), bedside tables, two/three-door wardrobe, desk with stool, coat hanger, flat-screen TV and air conditioning. To complete them, the private internal bathroom with sink, cabinet, shower, toilet, bidet, heated towel rail, hairdryer / phono.

At the back of the house there is a comfortable private patio with table and chairs.

Setting

The house is located in a new and quiet district of the city of Arezzo, just 1 km from the historic center.

The historic center with its attractions can be reached through Porta San Clemente, Porta San Lorentino and via the escalators in the Pietri Parking (free).

In the immediate vicinity everything is available that can serve guests who will stay in the house. Along the main street "Viale Santa Margherita" you will find all useful services such as: Supermarket, Restaurants and Pizzerias, Various Bars, Pharmacy, Gasoline, Diesel, Methane and LPG, Post Office, Bank.

There are recreational and leisure attractions such as swimming pools and stables as well as a small and charming natural pond along which you can enjoy peaceful walks. The lake is surrounded by greenery with a beautiful view of the sub-Apennine mountains, beyond which the silent and famous Casentino Forests shine.

Casa "Le Rime" is located in a strategic position also to reach the Arezzo Exhibition Center and Congress Center, the city railway station, the A1 Milan-Naples motorway and the many paths of the Italian Alpine Club of the Arezzo Section (of which I do part).

Guests can easily visit Tuscany (Arezzo, Florence, Siena, Cortona) or, move to Umbria (Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, and Lake Trasimeno).
