The accommodation
Villa is very spacious and is very well located. The leisure area, around the pool, is very well located, has plenty of privacy and a wide view over Praia Grande. The barbecue is built in a shady area and is very close to the dining area and allows quick and discreet access. All rooms are south facing and allow guests absolute privacy. The parking areas are shaded and allow parking for 3 cars.
Setting
The villa is located in a very private and exclusive area. There are no pets in the neighborhood that disturb the guests. The nearby of a small supermarket allows the daily purchase of food without having to use the car to move. The relative proximity to larger commercial areas facilitates the purchase of all the goods needed for larger groups of people.
Activities and attractions
Close to two golf courses, Amendoeiras and Salgados, the location of the housing also allows a quick access to the nearby beaches. The villa is located just minutes from a Horse Riding Center, the Sand Sculpture Festival, the Zoomarine and Guia-shoping Shopping Center. About a dozen beaches are all less than a 10-minute drive away. At less than 1200 mts there is an important nature reserve that allows bird watching. About 5 km away there is the Albufeira Marina, where guests can enjoy diving, sailing, caves, birds and dolphins.

La verdad es que toda la casa esta muy bien, la distancia a la playa son 2.3 km, pero es rapido y fácil llegar. La piscina y el exterior es correcto. Las habitaciones y baños bien.. El acceso a la casa bien. La única pega, es que el dueño vino un dia antes a limpi ar piscina y alrededores. El dia de la salida nos indicó que era a las 9 am, y ae presentó con una mijer a las 8:30, comenzando a limpiar mientras terminábamos de desayunar y recoger para salir de viaje

Lamento notar su decepción por las horas en que entré a la casa para limpiarla. Sin embargo, observo que: 1) el perro que trajeron fue muy educado pero arrojó mucho pelo por toda la casa, una verdadera máquina para quitar el cabello; 2) el día antes de que te fueras tuve cuidado de limpiar el exterior de la casa. Sin embargo, y menos de 24 horas después, la casa estaba nuevamente sucia con el pelo de tu perro; 3) Por último, les menciono que les dije el día anterior que estaría a las 8:30 am para empezar a limpiar el exterior y el interior a las 9:00 am. Lamento dejar constancia de tu parte una actitud egoísta de querer una casa completamente limpia cuando entras pero no te diste cuenta que tu perro ensució la casa donde la tenían y que tardó muchas más horas en limpiar toda la casa y dejarla debidamente limpia para los que vengan. Después de ti. Ciertamente repensaré la entrada de mascotas en mi hogar.
