The accommodation

The property is located in Biniaraix, Sóller, a very peaceful area, ideal for relaxation and a thoroughly enjoyable holiday stay.
It is a traditional stone house, built with ancient Roman and Arab influences and totally renovated respecting the Mallorquin style.
The house sleeps 6 people plus a baby.

In the entrance hall, there is a wood burner which heats up the whole house. More heating is also provided by three further heaters and electric heaters in the bathrooms.

Setting

The accommodation is in the Sóller Valley, in the foothills of Biniaraix (a hamlet which dates back to Moorish and Roman times), with a more pleasant microclimate in winter than in Sóller.
In Sóller you can visit:
The Natural History Museum, the Botanical Garden, Sóller Museum, the Sea Museum, the Modernist Museum, etc. Cala de Deya, Lluc Alcari, Torrent de Pareis, Lluc Monastery.
