The accommodation

Villa Iride has direct access to the beach of La Marinedda enjoying a unique view, to fully live the sea, the sand, the unforgettable sunsets in the middle of the bay ....

The villa consists of living - kitchen with sea view, a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a second room with sea view with three beds and independent exit to the beach side veranda, a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot, crockery and cutlery. It is also equipped with LCD satellite TV, Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning. Externally you can enjoy the outdoors by two comfortable verandas, one under the arches of the sea front side of the villa and one on the kitchen side, to enjoy all the meals of the day in the open air ... Also, to dominate completely the whole bay, or for sunbathing in absolute privacy, the villa has a large terrace. Underneath the stair case there is a comfortable and functional store house to put all the beach equipment, where the washing machine is housed.

The villa is surrounded by a large enclosed land, a large paved courtyard with also a comfortable barbecue. In the back area you can park comfortably several cars, and there is also a covered parking for two cars.

Private access from the villa to the beach guarantees a great enjoyment of the entire sun and sea holiday.
An outdoor shower located just off the beach access driveway is extremely comfortable when returning home.

Setting

Isola Rossa, a village built around a fishing community, is about 1.5 km from the villa. In the village you will find all the amenities essential for residents and tourists: various shops, supermarkets, a marina with possibility to accompany diving or fishing at sea, restaurants, night clubs and medical services. The airports of Alghero and Olbia are about 80 km away, as are the ports of Olbia and Porto Torres.

Activities and attractions

La Marinedda beach is one of the most famous beaches on the northern coast of Sardinia. As soon as you reach the beach gate, you can choose between stretches of free beach or equipped areas with umbrellas and sun loungers, canoes, windsurfers, pedal boats and inflatable boats. There is also bar service for an aperitif, snack or restaurant for a full meal.
