The accommodation

Just 2 km from the city center, in a quiet but not isolated countryside setting, located near the Via Francigena, spacious ground floor apartment with 2 reserved parking spaces in a small village called "La Cartiera". The ideal place to stay in touch with nature without giving up the proximity of the center. The ideal place to continue relaxing after a day at the spa, around lakes or local sites of historical, cultural and naturalistic interest.
The large and open spaces of the living room, lounge and kitchen as well as the spacious bedrooms make the apartment particularly suitable for families and anyone who appreciates the pleasure of open space.
The presence of two fireplaces, one in the living room to warm up conviviality and/or winter intimacy and the other in the kitchen to prepare succulent grills in every season, bring the taste of the countryside to life.
Finally, the complete removal of architectural barriers makes the home accessible to anyone.
The entire house will be available to guests.
In it you will find:
- 3 flat screen TVs (1 in the living room and 1 in each room);
- stereo system in the living room connected to 4 speakers and Aux output from the TV;
- DVD player and personal collection of films of various genres, both for adults and children;
- Play Station 2 and related games.
For those who want to abandon the car and move around the city while remaining in contact with nature, 3 bicycles for men, women and/or children are available at no additional cost.
Finally, for those who love to try their hand at grilling, everything needed to light the fire and grill is available!
For those who do not want or have time to cook independently, upon arrival several brochures and the contacts of local traders are made available to order a variety of ready-made dishes at home. For all guests who, on the contrary, want to cook but do not have time to go shopping, it is possible to order and receive all the desired shopping directly from the supermarket to our home.
A welcome drink will brighten the arrival of all guests.

HOUSE RULES
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Smoking is only allowed on the terraces of the house. For safety reasons, cigarettes must be put out only in the ashtrays available on the terraces. It is absolutely forbidden to throw cigarettes on the ground.

Check-in time: 15:00 - 20:00. In case of early or late check-in, surcharges on the expected rate may be applied.

Check-out time: 8:30 - 10:00. In case of early or late check-out, surcharges on the expected rate may be applied.

Parking is only allowed in the spaces reserved for the apartment. This house has 2 private parking spaces. Parking is free.

Everything that is in the house and has been left within reach can be used, respecting the correct functioning of each object and the good maintenance in use of the same.
In this regard, it is specified that in the house the following are available to guests:
- A collection of books and encyclopedias of various kinds that can be freely read and consulted. It is absolutely forbidden to underline or write on any book!
- A DVD player and a collection of DVD films that can be freely viewed in the appropriate player combined with the TV in the dining room only. It is absolutely forbidden to disconnect the DVD player from the appropriate TV to reconnect it in other rooms!
- A PS2 and a collection of PS2 games that can be freely viewed in the appropriate player combined with the TV in the dining room only. It is absolutely forbidden to disconnect the PS2 from the appropriate TV to reconnect it in other rooms!
- A stereo system, connected to the TV in the dining room, and a collection of music CDs that can be freely listened to in the appropriate player combined with the TV in the dining room only. It is absolutely forbidden to disconnect the stereo system from the appropriate TV to reconnect it in other rooms!
- Some fitness equipment that can be freely used.
- 3 bicycles, for men, women and children that can be used freely. In case of use, guests will be responsible for storing the bicycles outside the apartment.
At the end of use, guests are kindly requested to put away what has been used.

The Host offers all guests a free coffee per person and all the drinks contained in the kitchen fridge.
Upon request, additional drinks can be provided for a fee.

For the use of the fireplace / barbecue, a kit of materials and the necessary tools are made available to guests. The use of the fireplace and / or barbecue involves an additional cost of € 15.00 regardless of the quantity of material used.
