Description: Terraced house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. This property is a spacious townhouse located 2 km from the Flamenca beach, which offers excellent facilities for a family holiday. Capacity for 4-5 people. The accommodation comprises a living / dining room with air conditioning, kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, 2 bathrooms, terrace overlooking the pool area. It is fully furnished comfortable as the photos show. Air conditioning hot and cold is installed in the lounge, with UK TV, Spanish and WiFi. There is a rooftop solarium on the roof terrace. All local facilities, ie shops, bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

There are shower towels and bed linen in the house.
Cleaning € 60 per week. More than a week, 75 € cleaning.
The deposit is 150 € which will be returned upon departure if there are no damages.

It is rented preferably by fortnight, if it is by week, it has to be in order everything that is possible (4 weeks each month in July and August). Thank you
