Setting

We are 70 meters above sea level, 500 in line and 1 km from the beach. We are half a hill in the Mediterranean scrub overlooking the sea, Stromboli, Aeolian and Tropea. Just under the house, two minutes by car, there is Zambrone railway station (the letter hole is here), where you can take the regional trains with which you can visit the Costa dei Dei (recommended: Reggio Calabria with The museum and the bronze of Riace and Scilla with its marina village of Chianalea) and reach the other locations, including Lametia Terme airport in 40 minutes. Zambrone beach is five minutes from the house, with equipped lids and free beach. It is white and fine sand, especially suitable for children. You can easily park by the beach and get to the beach comfortably. There are also beautiful and unspoilt rocky coves, hidden among the rocks, like the Paradise of the Sub, accessed by an old path. If you are a good walker you can also get to the beach in 10/15 minutes. Otherwise, we can accompany you to the sea and where else you look, with our shuttle service. Always in front of the house, in front of the station, there are grocery stores, bars and tobaccos, super markets, fishmongers, butchers, take away restaurants, grocers, hairdressers / beauticians and a pharmacy. Nearby we have several restaurants and pizzerias, even on the beautiful promenade of Zambrone, where there are several kiosks. You can rent bicycles, scooters and cars, with delivery service up to your home. For shopping and nightlife, nothing better than Tropea, 5 minutes away, with its fine shops of all sorts (local crafts and typical products) and delicious fashionable locals. The suggestive white and jagged beaches of Vatican chiefs await you ten minutes south. 10 minutes north, Pizzo is waiting for you, with its crystalline sea, Murat Castle and its exquisite ice cream, truffle. Our summer is packed with events, festivals and concerts on which we will keep you up to date!
