Wonderful scenery!
We have just enjoyed 6 days at this lovely traditional house perched up among the terraces of eucalyptus and cork oak near Monchique. The views down to the sea are lovely and it was an ideal base from which to explore the local area - we brought our two dogs and enjoyed walks along the stunning Vincentina coast and around Portimao as well as in the hills near the house. As can be seen from the photos, the furnishings are simple but the beds are comfortable and everything was clean and fresh. Our pre-booking enquiries were dealt with extremely efficiently and the guy who guided us up to the house to hand over the keys was very helpful and spoke perfect English. Thank you!
