description: nice bright 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom ground floor apartment in the village of formentera. the accommodation consists of living / dining room / open kitchen, a twin bedroom and a master bedroom. the living room has air conditioning and uk tv, and sofa bed for 2 people is available. the bedrooms have ceiling fans. the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation.
there is a gallery in the back of the house with kettle and washing machine. there is a front terrace which leads to the communal spanish style patio which is very well kept and very beautiful. there is a large private solarium on the roof terrace for sunbathing. the apartment shares a large communal pool. a car is recommended for this property, but there are many bars and restaurants in a very short walk. the beaches of torrevieja or guardamar are 15 minutes by car 10 km away.
