The accommodation

Villa Betania is located on a cliff in the Aguilera area, in Novellana, Cudillero. It has 240m2 distributed over two floors, and is surrounded by a farm of almost 3,800m2.
The house consists of two floors, on the ground floor is the living room, the kitchen and the dining room, the porch and exit to the garden, and the four bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first floor we have another living room, the terrace, and a bathroom.
It has a garden with plants and fruit trees, a pond, and the barbecue and the porch.
Near the house we have a wonderful viewpoint from which you can contemplate the marine landscape that covers up to Luarca. It is also the access area to the wild beaches, El Airín, and Saliencia, a dog beach with easy access, either on foot or by car.

Setting

Access to Villa Betania is very comfortable. There is direct access from the A8 to Novellana. Both the highway and the path that leads to the La Aguilera area are paved. The landscape is beautiful, from the house you can see the sea and it is a very quiet area, close to towns that are worth visiting. Cudillero, Luarca, Puerto Vega, Tapia de Casariego, are fishing villages that must be visited.
The airport is 25 km away, there are buses and trains.

Activities and attractions

There are many activities that can be done in the area, among them, for beach lovers, you can visit beaches such as Silencio, in the neighboring town of Castañeras, San Pedro, and endless more. Fishing villages that will not leave the tourist indifferent. There is an equestrian center very close. You can go hiking.
In Luarca there is a diving school.
