The accommodation

FARINELI apartment is located on the ground floor (first in terms of height above the street) of a modern urbanization, It´s distributed in living room – kitchen with a double sofa bed, a separate bedroom and bathroom.
The maximum occupancy is up to four persons. The living area has a double sofa bed, a wardrobe, a dining table with four chairs. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a wardrobe.
The house has free Wi-Fi, 32-inch TV, sheets, towels, heating and hot water; bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped, you will find glassware, crockery and cutlery. Pets are welcome and if you need something (as cot, DVD, hairdryer…) please don´t hesitate to contact us.
The accommodation has been refurbished and decorated on February 2015 with minimalist furnishings; always looking for our guests comfort.
Our prices include electricity costs, hot and cold water, heating and Wifi-internet.

Setting

It´s located in “Puerta de Hierro area”, the best residential area of northern Madrid, next to the “Dehesa de la Villa natural park” and “Monte del Pardo natural park”.
Moreover you can find an underground station, “Valdezarza Station”, that communicates it with the city centre of Madrid, there are only two metro stops to “Guzman el Bueno”, four to “Ciudad Universitaria” (one of the University areas) and in less than half an hour the city centre. It´s closed to “Delgado Sinesio Street” that communicates with “Complutense University” and the M-30 ring road that allows us to move to any point of Madrid without through the city. There are different bus lines 82, 126, 127, 132 and N-21 (night bus) that traverse “Cuatro Caminos Area”, “Moncloa Area” and the historic centre of Madrid. It is definitely the best location in northern Madrid.
It is important to note that is in a free parking area.
