The accommodation

Casa De La Luz is an Exclusive Luxury 4 Bedroom villa located in the urbanization of San Andres Golf. This modern and attractively furnished villa sleeps eight, providing luxurious comfort both inside and out, including air conditioning in each bedroom.

On the ground floor the villa has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and American style fridge, a open plan dining room, a lounge area and a snug with TV showing some English and Spanish channels. There is WiFi internet access. A laundry room adjoins the kitchen. Leading from the kitchen there is an enclosed patio with table and chairs leading to a downstairs W.C.

On the first floor the villa has one double bedroom (150 x 190) with en-suite and two twin bedrooms (90 x 180) which share a separate bathroom. Also on the first floor there is a double bedroom (150 x 190 )annex with en suite bathroom and a private balcony. All the bedrooms are all fully fitted and furnished all and have balconies overlooking the pool and gardens.

Setting

Outside there is a large terrace area with a dining table and chairs to seat 8 also there are sunbeds and shades. The 10m x 5m swimming pool is surrounded by wooden decking. Lawns surround the villa. There is an outside BBQ area with a sink and separate WC. Relaxing and sipping your drinks on the outside terrace next to the private pool will help to make your stay unforgettable.

There are electric gates to enter the property with parking for three cars.

Unspoiled beautiful beaches are about 10 mins drive away, the Costa de la Luz beaches at La Barrosa and Roche are among the best in Spain.

Conil is a small seaside town and fishing village with lots of excellent restaurants only a 10 minute drive away.

Including San Andres Golf there are 8 excellent golf courses all within a 45 mins drive away.

Seville – cathedral, palaces, parks, picturesque streets and squares (1 hour 30 Min drive away).

Jerez – interesting town, sherry bodegas-Gonzales Byas, Domecq and many more, Royal Andalucian Riding School horse show and pleasant avenues (40 minutes by car).

Cadiz-port, harbour ,cathedral and cobbled streets/squares (30 minutes by car).

Puerto de Santa Maria-old town, fish restaurants and ferry to Cadiz (40 minutes by car)

Vejer-beautiful white town with squares and walls (30 mins by car).

Coto Donana Natural /national park paradise for bird watchers, by boat from Sanlucar de Barrameda (1 hour).

Water park near Puerto De Santa Maraia with lots of attractions.

Tarifa- whale watching trips and ferry to Ceuta Tangier.
